2 ingredient bagels

Ingredients

2 cups self rising flour

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix ingredients until a dough ball forms. Gently kneed the dough about

15-20 times then cut into 8 equal sized balls. Form into circles and push a hole through the center to form bagel shape. Use 1 egg (gently beat) as an egg wash by brushing over each bagel. Add desired toppings. Cook for 20 minutes.

Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days!
