4 ingredient energy bites

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup old-fashioned oats

1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chip

2 tbsp honey OR maple syrup OR date paste

Directions

Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until completely combined. Then refrigerate for 15-30 minutes. This helps them to harden and makes them much easier to roll into balls. After chilled, use a spoon to create equal-sized scoops and then roll into balls. Place balls into a container with a lid and store them in the refrigerator.

These will keep for one week, however, I can promise you they will be gone before then! You can also freeze extras for up to 3 months – just allow time to thaw completely before serving.
