Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups mashed banana, about 2 large bananas
- 1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and add the oats.
- Mix well and then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop out 8 evenly sized balls of dough onto a silicone baking mat or parchment lined pan.
- Then, gently flatten into a cookie shape. These cookies do not spread while baking so you’ll want to make sure they are the size you want before baking.
- Top with a few extra chocolate chips, if wanted.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Allow time to cool then enjoy!

Storage
- Store cookies in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- These cookies freeze well. Thaw completely before enjoying.
