Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas and add the oats.
  • Mix well and then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out 8 evenly sized balls of dough onto a silicone baking mat or parchment lined pan.
  • Then, gently flatten into a cookie shape. These cookies do not spread while baking so you’ll want to make sure they are the size you want before baking.
  • Top with a few extra chocolate chips, if wanted.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Allow time to cool then enjoy!

Storage

  • Store cookies in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • These cookies freeze well. Thaw completely before enjoying.
